PAPER CAKE TRAIL

Today's card was made using this weeks color duo over at The Dynamic Duos. I used White cardstock, a few patterned papers, die cuts and embellishments. Thank you for stopping by! Alyson

Today's card was inspired by the color challenge over at Stampin Royalty. Cover a White cardstock card base with Yellow/White checkered pap er.  Adh ere Green patterned paper across the bottom of the card and attach Blue striped paper on the right side.  Die cut a scallop label from White patterned paper, punch out the center to create a frame, and stitch around the edges.  Stamp a sentiment on the bottom right side of the fr ame, back the frame with m usi c note patterned paper, and mount it on the left side of the card.  Punch a  label from Very Vanilla cardstock , stamp a sentiment on it, and ink the edges.  Die cut a heart with Red patterned paper and attach it to the sentiment label with a stickpin.  Place the label punch inside the frame.  Tie a Blue seam binding bow through a Bronze button and glue it on the upper left corner of the frame. This is the candy box I made for the Just Us Girls challenge For this project I used Whisper White cardstock, some  Pretty in Pink for the hearts which do have some sparkle on them.  Finished off with some Valentine theme patterned paper and pretty white ribbon! Until next time. Alyson
