PAPER CAKE TRAIL

Hello sweet crafty friends. Today is Sunday, and that means it's time for another great challenge over at Sunday Stamps .     This week we have a gorgeous colour palette to follow.....   I made a very simple layered card using Perfect Plum cardstock and patterned paper, along with some pretty Lavender Lace. The ribbon is a Smokey Slate chevron pattern and the stamp was made using the Winter Memories digi stamp set.  I coloured the image using my Copics, Blendabilities and smooches. Today's card was made using this weeks sketch over at Mojo Monday, and I decided to flip it.  I used some Cream cardstock, a few patterns from the Wonderful Whimsey collection, a few different die cuts and embellishments. Supplies used: Paper : Very Vanilla, Brocade Blue, Wonderful Whimsy, Brazzill Cream and White, Primrose Petal. Ink : Soft Suede, Walnut Stain. Stamp : Papertry Ink. Today's card comes from the inspiration photo over at the ribbon reel challenge blogspot . I really think the Tea theme is so cute.  I went to my local craft store and they had some nice coordinating tea time paper.  I began on a piece of Kraft cardstock.  I then layered on some pretty patterned paper from Bo Bunny.  I layered a tea cup onto a piece of cream cardstock.  I finished this pretty card off with some stitching, cream lace, seam binding and prima flower.
