For this week's Dynamic Duos challenge , I used paper from the Bella Bleu collection, Elizabeth and Precious Moments stamp sets, along with Washi Tape, butterflies, rhinestones and twine. Supplies Used: Paper : Crumb Cake, Bella bleu, Spice Cake, Whisper white. Stamp Set : Precious Memories, Elizabeth. Tools : Oval die cut, butterfly punch. Finishing Touche s: Green and Clear rhinestones, rustic twine, Washi tape.

For today's Mojo Monday sketch challenge , I used the Secret Garden stamp set and matching framelits dies (Spring mini catalogue), along with Stamps and dies from Papertry Ink. Happy New Years my friends.  I hope that 2012 was good to you and I hope 2013 will be just as good or better.  I always look forward to making new goals, short and long, then look back to see if I actually achieved them.  Most times I do, but there are a few that never do get accomplished. Today's card was inspired by two things.  First by the color challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments , as well as the pretty card that I CASed from the 2103 Spring catalogue. Today's card was inspired by the color challenge over at The Dynamic Duos. Because Blushing Blossom is no longer available I thought I would use the next best thing, Blushing Bride. To this I added a Pool Party patterned paper mat. I ran a piece of Soft Suede into my big shot using the Top Note die cut.  I then used a swirl embossing folder to give it some texture, along with a piece of Pool Party ribbon.  I punched nine scallops, six 1 3/8" circles and three 1" circles.  I crinkled them, rolled up the edges and added some buttons.  My leaves were punched out using River Rock.  I added some River Rock chalk around the edges to give them more depth.  Thank You for stopping by ! This is my entry for the Unscripted Sketches #150 challenge . I began my creation with a piece of Pool Party cardstock.  I then layered it with a piece of designer series paper called Spiced Cake.  I stamped my sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock using my markers in Pear Pizzaz and Soft Suede, then layered that on Pool Party.   I finished this card off with some Pool Party seam binding, tinkit pin & a clear rhinestone.
