Today's card was inspired by the fabulous inspiration photo over at Just Us Girls. I'm really happy with how this card all came together. I used papers from SU and My Little Yellow Bycicle. The Bingo mat and vintage balloon are from MDS. The ticket stamp and die cut are from Whimsey Stamps. Twine, rhinestones, birthday stamp and a clear heart button were added as finishing touches.
