PAPER CAKE TRAIL

Today's card was inspired by the color challenge over at Stampin Royalty. Cover a White cardstock card base with Yellow/White checkered pap er.  Adh ere Green patterned paper across the bottom of the card and attach Blue striped paper on the right side.  Die cut a scallop label from White patterned paper, punch out the center to create a frame, and stitch around the edges.  Stamp a sentiment on the bottom right side of the fr ame, back the frame with m usi c note patterned paper, and mount it on the left side of the card.  Punch a  label from Very Vanilla cardstock , stamp a sentiment on it, and ink the edges.  Die cut a heart with Red patterned paper and attach it to the sentiment label with a stickpin.  Place the label punch inside the frame.  Tie a Blue seam binding bow through a Bronze button and glue it on the upper left corner of the frame. Today's card was inspired b y the sketch challenge over at Mojo Monday. Run a pi ece of Crumb Cake cardstock through your bigshot using the woodgrain embossing folder.  Die cut three pears with stems in various colors, add some glitter and adhere to a Whisper White mat.  For some finishing touches add a patterned paper strip, sentiment, button and linen thread.   Thank you for stopping by!
