For my second post today I made a card using this weeks Friday Mash Up challenge. The world knows I could use a little more happiness in my life right now! I mounted some paper strips onto a brown patterned mat, then mounted that mat onto some yellow paper and adhered everything to a white cardstock base.  I embellished with a pretty yellow fabric flower, lace, ribbon and sentiment.   Thank you for stopping by! Hi All.  Today is a crummy day outside.  We have now entered our spring rainy season, which lasts about 4 weeks.  I don't mind so much because come 4 weeks from now, everything is perfectly plush.     Today's card was made for this week's Sketchbook Sunday challenge.  All the supplies except the rhinestones are from Stampin' Up! Here is a card that was created by a very talented lady at my local scrapbooking store.  She held a class last week and I was unable to attend.  So, they were kind enough to throw a kit together for me. For this weeks ColourQ challenge, I created a pretty card for Mum. Supplies Used: Paper: Stampin' Up!, Bo Bunny, Brazzil Tools: Square Punch, Emb ossing Folder, Big Shot, Corner Round Punch , Build a Blossom Punch. Accessories: Paper and Knit flower, Button, Adhesive.

For this weeks CASE study challenge, I used a variety of papers and embellishments.  Michaels was having a 30% off sale on many of their stickers, so a bought a pile and used some in this card.   I used many layers of paper with a variety of patterns along with die cuts & embellishments from Martha Stewart to Stampin' Up! and Creative Memories. I am CASing a pretty card I saw on Pinterest today for this weeks challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room. I used some pretty patterns from the Tea for Two paper set, along with a few retired stamp sets 'Snail Mail' and 'All Holidays. I used some Pink Pirouette for my base, along with two layers of different patterned paper.  I stamped a swirl image onto the second layer, as well as stamped polka dots on the third layer.  I finished it with some stitching and other toppings.
