PAPER CAKE TRAIL

Today's card was made using this weeks Shabby Tea Room challenge. I began by covering the front of a White paper base with some hand embossed patterned paper.  I stamped an Eiffel tower image and sentiment onto a pink patterned paper mat and mounted using foam adhesive.  I added lace, glitter paper and seam binding to the bottom half on the stamped mat.  Also added, was a stamped tag and heart, along with a prima flower and twine. Good morning, today I have made a card using the fun colors over at The Play Date Cafe .     I was able to dig up some scraps for this one.  I used bits and pieces of many patterns.  I began on some Crumb Cake and distressed the edges White.  I layered on some Pear Pizzazz along with shabby pink and ledger patterned paper.  I ran some pretty pink patterned paper through my big shot using a bigz butterflies die cut. I finished it all off with tangerine pieces, Gren brad and rustic Cream twine. Thank you for stopping by! Alyson

Today's card is inspired by the photo over at the Shabby Tea Room. I cut a piece of Pink Pirouette, Whisper White and scalloped patterned paper.  I sewed these together and adhered them to some White textured cardstock.  I used some shabby patterned paper and made 3 panels with the bottom edges rounded, and adhered them.  I punched out 3 flowers and pierced each petal and adhered these with dimensionals.  To finish off this pretty card I added fabric roses, bakers twine, mini clothes pin and sentiment on a jewel punch tag.
