Shhaby Tea Room Week #160 - 'Beautiful Blues' & Congrats

Hi all....here is a congrats baby card using the colour combination for this weeks Shabby Tea Room challenge. It seems as though I am in need of baby cards lately as they are popping up everywhere this time of year.  I used a variety of papers with different textures and a cute little deer stamp from the Forest Friends set.
