Today's card was inspired by this gorgeous photo over at The Shabby Tea Room.
Doesn't this look delicious!
Begin by adding some shabby style patterned paper panels to Cream cardstock. Add a rectangle shaped mat along with a banner and rhinestones. To this I added a paper frame, White fabric flower and Green button.
