PAPER CAKE TRAIL

Today's card was made using this weeks Dynamic Duos challenge. I began on a Crumb Cake card base and added a painted piece of corrugated cardboard.  I stamped my image onto some Very Vanilla, then added various pieces of scraps.  To finish this card off I added some lace, ribbon, and stitching. Happy hump day.....Today's card was made using this weeks Dynamic Duos challenge. I saw a pretty card like this in a magazine and wanted to give it a try.  It has many, many layers to it, which I love. I used a Coral cardstock base, along with some crumb cake and black/white chevron patterned paper.  I added some naturals ribbon to a few strips of patterned paper, along with a pretty decorated glassine and sentiment. I'm cutting it close with only 30 minutes to post this weeks Mojo Monday challenge card. I used some white paper for my base, along with some Bo Bunny patterned paper.  I stamped the pink tag with a birthday sentiment along with some twine, prima flower and mini clip.  I finished it all off with some Summer Starfruit ribbon and a kiwi kiss button. Yippee......It's Friday.....I hope everyone is ready for the weekend.  Today's project was made using this week's Mixed Media Color Challenge .   I started by using some gesso on my page, to this I added some pink paint.  I then used some stamps and stensils for texture.  I used my gelatos to make the cute hearts and stars.  I stamped the girl onto some Very Vanilla and cut her out.  The dress was stamped onto some pretty patterned paper, cut and pasted.  I'm not quite sure how the dress ended up green.  To finish it off, I used some moulding paste, buttons and rubons.
