A Mixed Media Colour Challenge 2 and an Art Journal Page

Yippee......It's Friday.....I hope everyone is ready for the weekend. Today's project was made using this week's Mixed Media Color Challenge.

I started by using some gesso on my page, to this I added some pink paint. I then used some stamps and stensils for texture. I used my gelatos to make the cute hearts and stars. I stamped the girl onto some Very Vanilla and cut her out. The dress was stamped onto some pretty patterned paper, cut and pasted. I'm not quite sure how the dress ended up green. To finish it off, I used some moulding paste, buttons and rubons.

Colour Me and Feel Better

Today's card was made using this week's Colour Me challenge. This week's colour is Daffodil Delight. I decided to make a Feel Better card since Yellow is such a happy colour. I used Kraft, Daffodil Delight and Basic Gray cardstock. The pattern is from the New All Abloom Designer Series Paper Stack. This is my entry for the Mojo Monday challlenge. This has been a very busy week, with working 2 jobs, weight training, and writing a final exam, I have had very little time to relax and craft. I was unable to come up with my own idea and cased this card from Teresa Kline/Paperie Blooms . Now that I am done my course I have a little more free time. Until next time.
