The Shabby Tea Room #209 'Spring is Near'


Today's card was made using this week's Shabby Tea Room challenge.  For this week's challenge we are asked to use Baby Blue, Birds and Spring Flowers.

I began on a Daffodil Delight paper base and from there added a few paper layers and oodles of embellishments.
