The Shabby Tea Room #208 (Pretty Polka Dots)

Today's sweet card was made using this week's Shabby Tea Room challenge.  Below is this weeks inspiration photo.

I used papers from the Tea For Two collection, which is now available in the Stampin' Up! clearance rack.  I know I'll be topping up my stash.

I began by layering two paper patterns onto a White cardstock base, followed by a paper doily, stamped image, polka dot scallop strip and other cute embellishments.

Thanks for dropping!  Please feel free to leave a comment. =)
