Stampin Royalty - 157 - Going Masculine



Today's masculine card was inspired by the color challenge over at Stampin Royalty.   

Card Recipe:

Paper: Not Quite Navy, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip.

Stamps: Teeny Tiny wishes, En Francais, Clockworks.

Ink: Soft Suede, Not Quite Navy, Chocolate Chip.

Accessories: Circle Punches, Dimensionals, Bakers Twine.

Summer Smooches

Today I am entering my card in two different challenges.  I always like to pick a color challenge with a sketch challenge. I chose the color combo from  Colour Q #130 and the sketch from  Just-Add-Ink . I love this new stamp set Summer Smooches, that will be available April 01-30.  It's super cute a quite versatile. I began my creation a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of Tempting Turquoise cardstock.  The first layer is Certainly Celery and measures 4" x 5 1/4".  The second layer is an embossed piece of Whisper White cardstock and measures 3 3/4" x 5".  I stamped the tulips using Melon Mambo, and the other image using Tempting Turquoise, Certainly Celery and Daffodil delight. Here are the sketch and colors:

CASE Study Challenge #133 & Happy Birthday

For this weeks CASE study challenge, I used a variety of papers and embellishments.  Michaels was having a 30% off sale on many of their stickers, so a bought a pile and used some in this card.   I used many layers of paper with a variety of patterns along with die cuts & embellishments from Martha Stewart to Stampin' Up! and Creative Memories.
