It's a Black Tie Affair

Today's card was inspired by this photo over at The Friday Mashup!



Begin on a piece of White cardstock.  Cut a piece of designer paper and cut the botton to make it look like a banner.  Adhere a stamped sentiment, lace, sparkly paper and rhinestones.
