Mojo 238

The last 2 months have been a blur, between working full-time and doing courses.  Now that things have settled a bit, it sure is nice to escape into my crafting land to relax.

Today's card is inspired by the Mojo Monday sketch along with the Color Throwdown!  I really love all the squares with this great sketch! I began with a piece of Certainly Celery cardstock for my base.  I punched 12 squares from Cottage Wall, retired, designer series paper, then adhered them to a piece of Whisper White cardstock.  The paper flowers are from the Bigz L Fun Flowers die cut.  I used Pretty in Pink for the first layer, and Melon Mambo small polka dot patterned paper for the top layer.  The sentiment is from the Just Believe stamp set and is stamped in Always Artichoke onto some Whisper White.  For the final touch I stuck a cute little button and twine onto the tag and stuck in on to the paper flowers.

Thank You for stopping by!

Colour Me and Feel Better

Today's card was made using this week's Colour Me challenge.  This week's colour is Daffodil Delight.  I decided to make a Feel Better card since Yellow is such a happy colour. I used Kraft, Daffodil Delight and Basic Gray cardstock.  The pattern is from the New All Abloom Designer Series Paper Stack.  The sweet stamped image is Pure Innocence - My Umbrella and is coloured using Blendability and Copic markers.  Thanks for dropping!  Please feel free to leave a comment. =) If you have any questions regarding Stampin’ Up! products, please visit my SU! 24/7 Online Store , or send me am email at papercaketrail@gmail.com. Gold Star

This is my entry for the Mojo Monday challlenge.  This has been a very busy week, with working 2 jobs, weight training, and writing a final exam, I have had very little time to relax and craft.  I was unable to come up with my own idea and cased this card from Teresa Kline/Paperie Blooms .  Now that I am done my course I have a little more free time. Until next time.
